Hi, my name is Gavin Brown. I am a relatively unknown entity as far as the World of Photography is concerned. I Started taking pictures from a fairly early age, but only very recently succumbed to the bug once more. Brought up in Lochgilphead in Argyll, I followed the usual drill of heading off to Glasgow for further education, and the continuation into full time employment, all in all spending around 12 years out of Argyll. I have recently returned to the area and probably only now fully appreciate the ever changing beauty that surrounds me here on the West coast of Scotland inspiring me to take the pictures you see here on the site. I work in Digital format but I do not own a copy of any enhancement software, although I do change from Colour to Black & White. My main aim is to try and make Digital Photography a little more socially acceptable
